At Scooter Hut, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your pro scooter gear. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original, unassembled condition with all packaging and tags intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your gear in its original shipping box and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
